Me: Hello?
Dude: (5 seconds of silence) Hello
Me: Who is this?
Dude: Did you call me?
Me: …um…what?
Dude: You sure you didn’t have your guy-friend call me?
Me: ..um no…you just called me…
(at this point i’m thinking “why am I still on the phone with his guy??”)
Dude: Oh, well must be a wrong number or something
Me: Yea, okay well b—
Dude: By the way, you sound really pretty.
